Este congreso es el m\u00e1s importante a nivel mundial en el \u00e1rea del control de ruido y es llevado a cabo anualmente por el International Institute of Noise Control Engineering (I-INCE http:\/\/www.i-ince.org\/), y que este a\u00f1o fue organizado por la Austrian Noise Abatement Association (\u00d6sterreichischer Arbeitsring f\u00fcr L\u00e4rmbek\u00e4mpfung) (\u00d6AL <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oeal.at\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">http:\/\/www.oeal.at\/<\/a>). En el evento participaron m\u00e1s de 1000 ingenieros y cient\u00edficos de todo el mundo.<\/p>\n<p>En este congreso, el Dr. Arenas organiz\u00f3 una sesi\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica especial sobre materiales para el control de ruido y vibraciones que tuvo una alta convocatoria y en dicha sesi\u00f3n present\u00f3 el trabajo titulado \u00abAcoustic characterization of loose-fill cellulose crumbs obtained from wood fibers for sound absorption\u00bb.
